Burke's low-key scene belies the magnitude of its skiing product. With a 2,000 vertical foot drop, 250
inches of average annual snowfall, superior glades and contour-following trails rarely seen any longer,
Burke delivers a classic Vermont alpine experience.
Atmosphere:
Families are drawn to Burke because of its low-key, friendly atmosphere. Skiers and riders love its 5-acre
terrain park, The Gap. New in 2004-05 are a junior terrain park and a novice level glade on the lower
mountain.
Burke's Coaching Center has experienced, courteous professionals and the coaches in the Children's
Center understand how to nurture in young people a life-long love of the sport of skiing.

Situated in the heart of the "Northeast Kingdom", Burke is conveniently located at the intersection of I-93
and I-91, only 3 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Montreal.
